Please plan to attend our delicious pre-marathon carbo-loading party, held Saturday October 17 from 5:30-7:30pm.
It is prepared and hosted by the MDIHS music boosters who use it as a fundraiser for
their important music programs. Tickets are $12 each and available at time of registration,
or a very limited quantity ($15 ea.) may be available at the door.
Mile 26 Cafe is located at the Mount Desert Island High School and has been created by the MDI Music Boosters to host MDI Marathon's Official Annual Pre-Race Dinner and Presentations. From Route 3 in Bar Harbor follow Route 233 approximately 4 miles - Mount Desert Island High School is on the right. From other points on the island, follow Route 198 to Route 233 - the High School is half a mile on the left. There is plenty of free parking. If you did not sign up for the pasta dinner at the time of registration, but wish to attend, please click here for a printable mail-in dinner reservation form. Note: Tickets are not issued for the dinner. A guest reservation list will be at the door at MDI High School on Saturday night.
