Harbor House Community
Center in Southwest Harbor to launch the 'Adopt a Water Stop' project. Businesses and individuals may adopt (sponsor) water-stops along the
marathon route with all proceeds to benefit the Harbor House. Please click

MDI Marathon Banner Auction | To Benefit the Union 98 Artist-in-Residence Fund
The Union 98 Artist-in-Residence Fund helps bring visiting artists into our Island's schools to work with and mentor our students.
Here's your opportunity to support the Union 98 Artist-in-Residence Fund and take home a unique work of art! Come to Bar Harbor's Jesup Library to preview this year's exciting banners created by MDI artists to commemorate this year's Mount Desert Island Marathon.
You can make an early bird bid on a banner by calling 207-288-5478 or attend the Silent Auction at the Pasta Dinner (open to all!) at MDIHS Saturday October 14th at 5:30pm. Final bids will take place at the Marathon's Finish Line on Sunday October 15 at 1:00pm in Southwest Harbor.
