FRIDAY: 12PM - 8PM || SATURDAY 9AM - 5PM
PLEASE PLAN TO ATTEND OUR PRE-RACE EXPO TO PICK UP YOUR RACE PACKET HELD AT THE
ATLANTIC OCEANSIDE HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER
119 EDEN STREET, BAR HARBOR, MAINE 04609
Please plan to attend our pre-race expo to pick up your race packet.
All participants are required to pick up their timing chip, bib race number, and other important information during the posted expo hours.
The race committee is not able to mail or deliver packets, or timing chips. Participants must have a photo ID available to pick up their packet.
Participants unable to pick up their own race packet may have someone else pick up their packet for them. Fill out the
Packet Pick-up Authorization Form
and give it to the person picking up your packet. They will take the completed form and a color copy of your photo ID to the expo.
If you absolutely cannot attend our pre-race expo and do not have anyone who can pick-up your packet, please email us to make other plans: information [at] mdimarathon.org
Team Relay race packets will also be distributed at the pre-race expo. Only one member of the team is required to pick up the packets
for the team, but all team members are encouraged to attend the expo.
PLEASE NOTE: Apparel items are ordered in March based on the previous year's size requests, and estimated by the current
year's size requests, and distributed at the expo on a first come, first served basis. We recommend picking up your race packet at our pre-race
expo as early as you can for the best chance of getting the size you requested. There are no exchanges, unless of course,
if you and another runner want to trade.
No new registrations will be accepted at the pre-race expo. THERE IS NO RACE-DAY REGISTRATION OR PACKET PICK-UP.
Cancellation Policy - Entry fees are non-refundable; race numbers and entries cannot be transferred to another year or person. No exceptions. This means once we have received your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, or if the event is cancelled because of weather, natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances.
The Mount Desert Island Marathon reserves the right to accept or reject any entries.
